MSAF Question
I had a 10% quiz today(Monday), and a 10% assignment for the same course due Wednesday.

Can i put both of these on these on one MSAF? and would i need a note of any sort?

Also, it'd be best for me to submit it after Wednesday right?

Sorry for the bunch of questions, any answers are appreciated.

Yup you can put both on one MSAF.
(to report absences DUE TO MINOR MEDICAL SITUATIONS that last up to 5 days)

Nope, you don't need a note.

Nope, you can submit it on Monday, it wouldn't matter.

Also! Make sure you e-mail the Professors for each course to confirm that they've received your MSAF.
