I have a midterm in 4 hours and I just woke up throwing up. I've been sick for quite a while now but it hasn't gone away but I never throw up - last time must have been when I was in grade 9 or 10. And I had to use my MSAF at the beginning of this month to go to England for personal reasons. Any advice on what I should do?

If you are feeling good enough to go outside, go to the mcmaster wellness center and get a doctor's note and you should be fine.

I'd to whatever it takes to get the note today. With it being a midterm I wouldn't risk not being able to get one tomorrow (for whatever reason).

Document everything, in case your professor is a prick and needs evidence. Get well soon :/

Get a doctor's note and then go to your faculty office. The science department seems really nice from my past experiences. Explain to them your situation and they will give you another MSAF (happened to my friend). Or just go to them without a doctor's note today and explain the situation and see what they say. Good luck and I hope you feel better!
