The Horizons Leadership Conference is a 3-day, 2-night leadership-oriented campus experience run exclusively for first years starting university at McMaster in September. Horizons 2014 will take place from August 1st-3rd, during the long weekend.
The focus of Horizons is to provide incoming students with an introduction to campus and university life in an attempt to give them the tools and resources needed to succeed and thrive at McMaster. The conference is comprised of various activities including sessions that work to build personal leadership skills, overviews of the opportunities available on campus, motivational speakers, and orienting delegates to their faculties and residences. The overarching goals of Horizons is to allow incoming students to feel comfortable on campus and connect with other students and leaders before arriving to McMaster in the fall, all whilst facilitating personal growth and development.

Early bird delegate registration ($180) is open until July 11th, at which point regular registration is open until July 24th ($195).
