You'd think so.

Every year at least one person gets hit by a vehicle on campus or in close vicinity to campus.

I don't really care if there are buses on campus or not. Likely they'll be on the outskirts of campus (near the hospital), which isn't far at all.

It may be frustrating for people with luggage, but for everyday usage I don't see the problem with walking a few extra minutes.

It would be a b*tch and a half to walk all the way to main street with it. I mean, of course it can be done, but it's just easier to hop on the bus.

Buses don't cause much disturbance, and if it's because people are getting hurt, I don't see why they've abandoned the 'look before you cross the road' rule.
I disagree. I was mad at first because of the walk, but it's much better. Now, I can actually get ON the beeline. I need to go almost to Winona, so I have to take the beeline (unlike the lines and lines of people who take the beeline, simply to get off in Westdale).

I'm glad it moved onto Main Street/the hospital so people who don't need the beeline aren't taking it. I can't count how many times I haven't been able to get on the 10 because it's so packed with people going somewhere that the King or any other bus could take them in the same amount of time.

As for Project Bus Beef - I don't think this is a "survey". This is a complaint form.

True, but even if TPTB use that in favour of getting rid of the buses, we still have TONS of car traffic and in my opinion is much worse than the bus traffic. Student drivers aren't always the most cautious in those busy parking lots. If anything professional bus drivers are the safest, IMO.

Like I said in my original post, that's annoying too.
