Take the elevator to the basement. Turn left from the elevators, then turn right into the blue wing. Keep going all the way to the end, turn right. There will be a set of doors, go through there. The stairs going up to Centro will be right there.

FYI, "MSU Underground" refers to the copy centre in the MUSC basement, not the tunnel to Centro.

There are tunnels everywhere on campus.

Take the elevator to the basement and walk straight down the hallway when you exit. At the very end is a door on the left, take that and walk straight through the two big doors.Take the first right and follow the hallway. When you enter a bigger area, you'll see the mail room on the right, and a staircase on the left. The left staircase is the exit, head right towards the mail room and you will will another staircase through a doorway. Those will take you to commons.
