MUGSI isn't working for me?
Hey guys, I really need some help right now. Every time I try to log onto MUGSI, or anything that uses my MACid, it doesn't work. I always get a message saying

" Please logon with your MACID
If you do not see a logon box, please ensure that you allow 'pop-ups' from (URL I can't post because I don't have 5 posts...but it doesn't do anything)
or click The Gateway Login.

When i try logging in from there, it just simply refreshes, and makes me rewrite my information. I was on this 2 days ago fixing up my courses. I know for sure I have the correct password/ID, but it still doesn't work. I really need to fix some things regarding my courses, and it would be greatly appreciated if i got some input here :(.

I would contact UTS. They should still be open right now. 905-525-9140 extn#: 2-HELP (24357)

You can also try to activate your MacID again. Maybe clear your cache/cookies? Try different browsers?

I had the right password but I guess it just wasn't working. I had to change my password. As long as you know the answers to your security questions everything should be okay!
