Maybe you got blocked. This happened to me earlier today, apparently I was using up too much SOLAR bandwidth or something, and it blocked me for 4 hours. Mine said the same thing.

I still have 2 courses i need to get into :( life sci 2b03 n bio 2a03

I don't know why anyone would be blocked, unless if they keep logging in and use up the full 45 minutes. Just sit tight and wait, I suppose. If those courses are mandatory, then you'll get a seat if you e-mail the academic advisor. Otherwise, you'll just have to keep trying.

I didn't even know that you could be blocked out, but then it happened to me. Yours looks exactly the same - note the time it says 'Suspended until ____' and after that time you will be able to get back on. It's generally 4 hours. I was locked out at 2:50pm this afternoon and was able to get back on at 6:51pm. Good luck!
