So exams that take place tomorrow will be graded within 12 hours?

No. The date just means that the registrar will post whatever grades they have obtained so far. They will post grades and the day after and then they will go on break untill January 2nd. So if your professor hasn't sent them your grades by the time they go on holiday then you will have to wait till january for your mark. Shitty way to do things but that's McMaster's calling card. That and our nationwide renowned SOLAR program for choosing classes

Lol it's better than UofT's system. Marks aren't even due from the professors until mid-Jan
I was really shocked when I found out. But the TAs there are required to have a minimum of two weeks to do marking...and they definitely take that time. In some cases you don't get your marks until February.

So yeah...I complained about Mac's system every year. And now I wish UofT was even close to that fast lol.
