I'd imagine it's the same as with any minor. There isn't a list of things that you can "do" with any major or minor. The skills obtained through a minor in a subject area different from your major might benefit you depending on what field you want to go into, but that really depends on you. Or you might just be interested in the topic, and want to learn more about it through pursuing a minor.
