MUSS, Avenue and MUGSI not working

That's probably why, it's working pretty well for me here through wireless.
The problem is that I cannot get on Google and CBC.ca and other uncommon websites, just Mac-affiliated stuff, CNN.com, Facebook and Macinsiders.
Weird huh?

They told me that whether you have working wireless internet is entirely hit and miss. I saw some girl using the internet fine on the 2nd floor of MUSC >.>

I was having problems with Avenue and LearnLink earlier, they seem to be working for me now. LibAccess and other McMaster sites also appear to be working. (Off campus, on Chrome)
EDIT: I spoke too soon I guess, LibAccess isn't working for me :(

The problem is with the university's internet.
I was just at school, the internet was slow, and google didn't work although bing did lol.
Now I'm at home, and I have no problems.

here is the thing...i called my friend who lives in bates (i live off campus) and found out tht avenue, muss etc are working on campus. but google related websites and few other websites arent. on the other hand, off campus, all the websites are working other than avenue and muss. so if anyone wants to get stuff done from avenue, i'd suggest-go to campus...

Yeah, I posted that a while back if you go to the beginning of the thread.
An alternative to going on campus is using a VPN from off-campus. That's what I've got going, and I can access everything no problem. |

my muss email is accessible now but when i send out emails to my other acct, they are not getting sent. Even tho its in my outbox..is this just mE?
