Heads up - if you eat a lot at Bridges, you'll probably find me there. I go there about twice a day when it's open and I'm getting to know the staff better.
You'll hear things like:
"Soy nuggets AGAIN?"
"3 orders? You're killing me!"
"I love you guys"
"I promise I'll lay off anything fried for the rest of the weekend"
