Myers-Briggs Personality Types
Hey Everyone, sooo my Fb Creeper Feed turned up this awseomely accurate(atleast in my case) quiz called the Myers Briggs Personality quiz. Apparently it is even conducted by Mac Careers Services Office as a way to guide people to their career paths!

I got INTJ which very briefly is is: "You have an original mind and a great drive for implementing your ideas and achieving your goals. You quickly see patterns in external events and develop long-range explanatory perspectives. When committed, you organize a job and carry it through. You are skeptical and independent, have high standards of competence and performance - both for yourself and others."

With a more detailed one: http://www.typelogic.com/intj.html (you can even find your own descriptions at type logic!) and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/INTJ

Apparently I am one one the rarest of the 16 types with only 1% of the population being an INTJ(sourced wiki Quote)

What is everyone? Post your Results up here!

It can be done http://apps.facebook.com/whatsyourmy...tion1& ref=nf or a more detailed one here: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp

I got the same answer for both though...

I love personality quizzes, this one seems good.

I would agree that it is a very accurate.

I got:

Your Type is
INFJ

Introverted
Intuitive Feeling Judging

Strength of the preferences % 78 12 50 67
Qualitative analysis of your type formula
You are:
  • very expressed introvert
  • slightly expressed intuitive personality
  • moderately expressed feeling personality
  • distinctively expressed judging personality
Description of this type:
http://keirsey.com/handler.aspx?s=ke...&c =counselor

Reading the type description is really weird b/c it's very true.

If you want to take the things at Career Services, it's called the Career Planning Group.. I was recommend to it by ferreinm and it was pretty neat. It's a six hour workshop and you do have to pay $25, but, it's really neat! They do the myers-briggs test but will give you MUCH more detailed readouts.

There's also the "Strong Inventory" that gives you results kind of like this one.. I haven't found a facebook quiz for that one yet. hahaha

I'm an ENTP according to the facebook quiz! That's right enough.. on the test from career services, it said I was a clear E and P but the N and T were not very determined.

The various letters describe your tendancies.. what your preferences are. It's not that you can't be an INFJ, etc. when you're a ENTP. It just implies that these things will require more energy as they do not come naturally.

I'm just glad the current tests don't indicate that I'm going to be a bee keeper. That's the result I got in high school... bees scare me!!

I'm an INTJ. The last time I took this quiz (for "real": Soc Sci 2EL0) I got the same result. Same as when I did it in Co-op in high school if I recall correctly.
