my problem is that the name has three characters, where the first two is supposed to be the first name
but on mugsi, avenue, lab attendence etc, they had only the first character as my first name
who should I email about this so that they can change it?

You probably have to bring in proof of identity in person to the Registrar before they will actually change anything.

I had the same problem. Just drop by the registrar's and bring a valid ID that states your full name and they'll change it straight away.
