Need 2 housemates!
Myself and my roommate have a basement place on Westbourne Rd (10 minute walk to mac) and need 2 more people to fill the rooms. We're really easy going and the place is pretty nice with decent sized rooms. Please contact us! It's $450 a month with everything included.

and when is this for? is it good in sept?
is it 8 months lease?

It would be 450/person.
You will not find 2 rooms for 450 including utilities. |

[email protected], sorry guess I should've put that information in. it's $450 a month per person and all utilities are included. The lease is from May 1st 2011 to April 30th 2012.

My colleague still finding such rooms which He share with others people. but I think that Your demand of the price is really higher. I wish that You negotiate. So We think over ahead.
