Yea... because we can't do that for free in Canada without any repercussions.

You know what, that is sooo true, the only thing I'd get it for is House.
But it can't even stream HOUSE.

And i can't find it online.

"While there is much glee that a service that has not been available in the Canada is finally here, don’t go looking for something like Glee on it. Netflix’s library, while vast, is not a direct competitor to cable or even newly released DVDs. Studios and networks often delay making their content available on Netflix, so as not to erode revenue from those sources."

Exactly what I assumed...

Seriously, what kind of retard would pay for this?

Also, sidereel.com for House.

Well, still in it's infancy I would think? It just got introduced not too long ago...
Perhaps they have to settle things with CBC, Global, etc... who are the same people preventing Hulu from being accessible in Canada.

i'm working off the trial right now, good for MST3K, Mad men, and some random movies i wanted to see. unless the library gets expanded though I won't be paying for this.

i like the idea though, I don't mind paying a fee to access on demand legal content.

Doesn't seem worth it yet, the cable and movie companies seem pretty set against it really succeeding so back to BT for me
