yea it is. You'd only be doing it for presidentials when you sign up for it now but your name would be kept on the list for the other elections... but as I said it's quick $ which is always good!

The next set of elections would be SRA generals in march.

Usually a resumé will suffice, but if you feel so inclined a cover letter never hurts.
