Oh ok... that's a pretty weird deadline. I was expecting it to be released in like June or July (Whenever the course selection for next year starts). I think it's also embarrassing if they don't fully change the interface. It doesn't make sense to have part of the system on the new interface and the other part of the system on the old one.
