New student with elective questions ... HELP NEEDED :(
I'm going into kinesiology in September and I want to take the easiest electives that have minimal essays in them. I already have 2 down: micro econ and physics 1L03
what do you guys think of HLTH 1BB3 ?
and what about geography, is it like high school geography ? is there essays in it how did you guys find it ?
also what about music 1A03 do I have to play an instrument ? how is it ? any tips ?
do you have any other suggestions for electives, im not interested in languages or writing a lot of essays.

thanks in advance

for geography there arent prereqs so they are teaching you as if you dont know anything about it... theres 1ha3 which is about culture and society and stuff and 1hb3 is more transportation economy location etc etc.. in both there is a fair amount of work, about 4 assignments in each course. one is a huge group assignment which takes a lot of time but is pretty interesting. theres one essay, then the group assignment has a group essay, and two other projects that i forget (sorry!).. check out the reviews here on macinsiders if you want more info on the courses/assignments ! http://www.macinsiders.com/forumdisp...104.html?f=104
i definitely suggest taking courses that you are interested in though! youll do better if youre interested in the content and enjoy like studying more !

Hey, if you're taking micro econ; I'd definitely suggest Macro econ; 1BB3
It's fairly easy as well, no essays either
There's 2 midterms and a final, and you can do these online assignments (its optional, but i'd recommend them)
also the first four chapters of micro and macro are the exact same
I didn't take geo or health age, but I know in both of these there's research paper/essay, and as for music, no idea; sorry!

best of luck
