I just wanted to share with the Macinsiders community a project I was currently working on in my spare time. As mentioned before, the URL is: http://www.lifeinuni.co.cc.

Basically, Life in University is a twitter connected site where university students can post about their university experience. In brief the goal is to be sort of like FML but dedicated around university lifestyle. Just like twitter, posts are limited to 140 characters each but can be on any topic relevant to the average university student!

I decided to start this project as I constantly receive questions from individuals entering 1st year about the university lifestyle, the overall difficulty and any advice that I may be able to give them. I thought this would be a good way to aggregate posts of these type!

I would suggest purchasing a real domain name (free doesn't count) because search engines hate them. That is, unless you don't mind your website not showing up on any of them.

I agree ^. you can get one for as cheap as 10$

It will help generate a lot more traffic.

Sometimes its on sale for $2, def. get a domain name, its cheaper than 1 meal.
