I'm kind of worried because I haven't received any communication from OSAP for several weeks (no email or letters) but I've noticed other people have gotten letters/emails on pick up dates etc. When I check the OSAP website for my status, it says "Your file has been updated with additional information and your OSAP funding has been recalculated." Under Income Verification it says my income is "To be determined" and under Required Documents it says "No documentation required". However it does say some aid has been released under Funding Summary. Should I be worried?

Income verification: Not entirely sure what this is. You don't have to do anything for it though. My best guess is that it's the part where they ask you if you have any change in income when you pick up your OSAP.

Look for a date issued somewhere.

Well, the date right next to Student Income says May 30/1. Also, sorry if I wasn't clear before but is says "To be determined" under "Income Year Verified"

I don't know, it's hard to picture what you are seeing. Just call SFAS tomorrow.
