Is there anyone in particular that I should contact to be added on Avenue for a course I'm taking (like an Avenue administrator or something) or should I be harassing my prof about that sort of thing?

You should talk to your professor or course coordinator/instructional assistant (if there is one). I believe they have to put you on the list in order for you to see the course.
