Not fully registered?!
Hello,
I'm a first year student and I just filled in my parent form and payment agreement today, when I went to check my program and course summary after my status for being "fully registered" still read NO. I'm very worried because I read that courses will be deleted if youre not registered by Aug 25. I'm wondering if I have to wait 24 hours or so for it to change or have I not done something?? Please Help!

Lol, on my current Programme Information it says:

Expected to Graduate at end of this Session?: NO. NOT IDENTIFIED AS POTENTIAL GRAD.

How demoralizing. They except you to fail before you even start.

It says you are not a potential graduate because you cannot graduate after only your first year (since in the 1st year you only take 30/37 units). Mine says not identified as a potential graduate as well so nothing to worry about.

tammy37, is this you first time confirming your payment agreement? Because even though mine also said "no" to "fully registered" at first, it changed to "yes" a long time ago (more than a month now). I would suggest getting in touch with the Registrar's office right away (give them a call) since they will have the definitive answer.

tammy37 says thanks to amit for this post.

Yes, I agree with Amit in regards to Tammy37's problem

As for not being a potential grad... well lol you won't see that say yes until you're in your 4th year so get used to it!

I remember getting that message last year... and the year before.

It'll clear up as long as you filled in your payment plan (or paid, if not by OSAP)... it may also deal with them printing off your student card or mailing you the confirmation papers/HSR sticker... So don't worry too much. If you did everything you needed to do, you'll be fine. If you are still worried, I would give them a call =)

tammy37 says thanks to Ivan Q. for this post.
