It's aimed for 3rd year to take it in prep for their thesis and such, so the majority of the seats are reserved for 3rd years. Keep trying, or there's always next year. And yes, it's in demand since a lot of people need it as well.

I've always wondered..has this actually worked for anyone? 
It'd be really cool if it did but because most of the trading would happen over PM, you never really get to see the results

I think the biggest fail about this thread is people who post courses they have to trade that aren't full. Before you post your course on this thread make sure it's not available.
