Yeah, the thing is though, is that staffing was probably a ton more than necessary, and they probably got paid a ton as well.
They could hire students (this hypothetical organization). Cheap labour, take advantage of the large pool of software/hardware computer nerds, and probably have it run a lot better than most professionals (the MSU productions department is 95% run by students; and the quality is arguably slightly better than most professionals out there)!
