Organic Chemistry Advice
Hi I wanted to ask macinsiders for some advice on organic chemistry. Basically, I'm not a great chemistry student and it is the class that I spend most of my time on during the school year and not do so well. Since I am in biology program I can take 2E03 which I guess is less stressful because it has no labs. For my career, I am aiming for physiotherapy school which doesn't have any organic chem requirements, according to my research, but I guess I may change my mind in the future... so, I was wondering if you guys think I should do 2E03 (and is that course actually easier than 20a3... haven't heard much about it) or should I just try my best in 20a3? Thanks.

I had friends who took 2E03 and didn't find it too bad. Although both courses cover similar material, 2E03 tests seem to be less theoretical.

I found 2OA3 to be quite different from the ifrst year chem courses. It really wasn't so bad with the exception of studying for the exam.

The labs will actually boost your mark. I suggest taking 2OA3.

Just keep up with practice questions and you'll do fine in 2OA3. : )

If you really don't like organic chemistry and are completely sure that you don't need it, then I wouldn't bother with the hassle.
