Origins 2B03 and ReligiousSt 2WW3
Hi
I have just finished registering for my courses on mugsi...been up since midnight but i couldn't get anything done.. server kept crashing.

my original 2 electives i wanted to take were philos 2D03 and anthro 2D03 but by the time i logged into mugsi, both were full, so right now im registered for the Origins course and the religious studies course.

I was wondering how difficult/easy both courses were? And if there are going to be a lot of group projects and essays.

Both electives were in term 1 and I ended up with an extra course load in term 1
(couldn't find any other elective to fit in with my biochems), so if these 2 electives are hard, I need to brace myself now.

=( any info/help is appreciated!!!!

Origins/Science 2B03 is really interesting and a very easy course! you're going to enjoy it...

Basically, you discuss the six main themes in origins: space time, structure in the universe, origins of the elements, life, biodiversity, and humanity. Three different profs will teach you through these different topics constantly asking you the 'big questions' about everything around us.
The midterm/exam is intensely easy - multiple choice. The projects are all group projects that are done in your tutorial. I remember one was a presentation and the other a poster project.
