OSAP Aid Estimator Released

For everyone who cannot access their OSAP application due to problems with retrieving their OAN (OSAP Access Number), the OSAP Aid estimator has been released for the 2010/2011 year.

Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates and your actual OSAP amount may vary.

I'm not sure where the conversation about the OAN is... but I didn't have mine and all I had to do was input some of my info and answer my security questions on the OSAP site and it gave me my OAN....

If you had spaces in your security questions, then you had a problem recovering your password. The new format for the security answers have no spaces, so anyone who did needs to go through the hassle of going to a financial aid office or secondary school to fill out forms.

oh like the answers has spaces in them?
mine were just 1 word answers


thatd ridiculous, im sure the financial aid offices are ecstatic about that situation

i started my OSAP application this year. I think i made the mistake of not taking it last year and will def try to take it this year.

I don't see why we couldn't just stick with the SIN number.
