I have a question regarding OSAP flex plan. Since I chose this option, the money that was put into my bank account, is that deducting what I owe first semester? So, by doing that, I just get the rest that didn't cover my tuition (until January of course)? I'm confused.

I have no idea what you are talking about there.

All you really have to know is that you have to pay off your Account Statement Balance by the due date in January. You should also remember that interest is charged at 1.2% on the last day of every month on all outstanding balances in your account statement.
