Hey OSAP has sent me a couple of e-mails now telling me there's new info and my OSAP has been updated but the only difference is that it now says

"Your file has been updated with additional information that has put your OSAP funding on hold."

and its been like that for maybe a month or so, does anyone know why OSAP does this is it normal? What can I do? Thanks.

That is not normal, since about this time right now, you should have gotten your osap and listed issued under mugsi. Did you send in your signature documents to the McMaster offices? or send any documents they request? like income statements or prove of identity, etc.

Yes I handed in all the required documents I confirmed my payment agreement I got my confirmation of enrollment and my sticker and I have a breakdown of the amount OSAP is giving me.

It's only that it says its on hold and I don't know why or what it means.

Contact the financial aid office--they should be able to help!
