				OSAP question

		Hey,

Hope I'm not too late but...
Can I still apply for OSAP for this year? I'm in second year. I'm out of the country so I wasn't able to make the July 15th deadline. If I still can, will there be issues in September in getting Osap on time? Will I be charged interest, or have to pay late fees?
And when we use Osap, the only option we can use for Payment Plan is Payment in full, right?

Thanks a lot.

You can still apply for OSAP. You won't be able to use OSAP to pay your tuition directly however. So you will have to pay your tuition out of your own pocket (or scholarships).

You can use any payment plan with OSAP but you won't be able to since you missed the deadline for it to appear on your payment agreement.

That is correct, that is how you pay with OSAP indirectly. You have to pay out of your own pocket first and then the OSAp goes to your bank.

I think you can get your OSAP money forwarded to your Student Account even if you don't have it as a payment method on your payment agreement. The only thing is that you will be charged a late fee. Talk to someone at SFAS about that.
