About Oscar
I applied for a few jobs on Oscar 2 days ago, but I haven't heard back from any of them yet.
I want to apply for more since I really want to work, but I think it would be better if I wait for any updates on the ones I've applied before. For anyone who has got a job through Oscar before, how long did it take you guys to get updates (like an e-mail from the employer for an interview etc.) Should I stop waiting and apply for new jobs? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Apply for as many jobs as possible. Most of the jobs I applied to on there, I never heard back from. The amount of time depends entirely on the employer.

As neural said, apply for as many jobs as you can. Most of the time someone else is more qualified than you to get the position, so applying to many jobs increases your chances drastically.

It usually takes more than 2 weeks for you to get reply back from the employers.
For one of the positions, they called me for an interview after about a month I handed in the application so don't worry too much about it
And yes, apply to as many job positions as possible to increase your chances!
