OUSA General Assembly Delegate Applications Now Open
The McMaster Students Union (MSU) is now accepting applications for delegates to the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance (OUSA) General Assembly. The General Assembly of the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance is the highest governing body of the organization. Decisions made at General Assembly (GA) are binding upon OUSA, and policies passed at GA become representative of students across Ontario.
Applicants must be able to attend the General Assemblies in the fall and spring, as well as the training day happening Thursday, September 23rd at 11:30am. This time, 3 delegates will be selected (two permanent and one alternate). The MSU President, Vice-President (Education), the External Affairs Commissioner, the MSU Policy and Research Assistant and the OUSA Campus Coordinator occupy the remaining seats. Applications are due Tuesday, September 22nd. They will be accepted no later than 5:00 PM on that date. Applications may be returned electronically to Joe Finkle at [email protected], or they may be submitted in hard copy to the MSU front desk (MUSC 201). Successful applicants will be informed by the next day.
