So, around August 10th, my dad paid for my tuition, which was $XXXX.55. A couple of days later, I checked my Account Statement and I see that I have a Payment Agreement Balance of 0.00. At this point, I'm thinking 'Whew, that's all done and over with'.

Apparently not. I just checked my current PA, and it says that the total I had to pay was $XXXX.75. Wtf. So basically, I'm short by 20 cents haha. Any advice at this point (my Account Statement still says 0.00 for Payment Statement Balance)?

It might be just late in ternms of showing up on yoru account :S. I'd call the financial aid office just to make sure everything is okay, before you start panicking!

Accounts aren't usually settled properly until October anyway. That's just been my experience with it, though.

They charge interest ofsomewhere in the neighbourhood of 13% interest. So on, 20 cents were talking two and half cents per year or about 0.2 cents per month. If any interest shows up, meet me for a coffee in October. I'll bring the hacksaw and you bring the penny and we'll take care of the interest.
