Parathas and Veggie+Tofu Mix

This was remarkably easy and fun to make!

My housemate bought packages of these things called parathas.. I had never heard of them let alone tried them before but they were delicious!

I googled them to find a recipe and they are extremely easy to make! This was the recipe we followed but we cut it in half since we were low on flour and there was only two of us.

For the filler, we used random mixed veggies, diced them up, thrown them into a wok and steamed them with a bit or water. After they were ready, we added about 3 table spoons of chopped tomatoes, about 1/4 of diced tofu, and taco spices (it came in a package). We were really playing around with this but it was really fun and easy to make and went really well together!
