I think there's parking under the stadium but you gosta be makin mad chedda to park there. I park out in the M,N lots but i mean i'm okay with it even in the winter, my car can handle it, plus it gets a free wash whenever it rains =]

If you're asking because you're looking for a place for next year, then west village suites has underground parking (http://www.westvillagesuites .ca). it's one of the more expensive housing options for off campus, but boy does it have the works...

Maybe it would help if you would explain the motive behind the question.

Are you looking for a underground parking near/on campus so you can park and walk over? If so then yes, McMaster has one. I'm sure you can park by the Hospital too but it would be a bit more expensive.

If you are looking for an apartment with underground parking that is near McMaster, then yes there are a bunch including the mentioned West Village Suites. Are you planning to buy a parking spot from them to save a bit of money?

yes... I am looing for an apartment wf underground parking that is near Mcmaster,,,(I don't really wanna drive to school and Mac is charging $97 per month for underground parking)...

If you have a friend, renting an apartment by the West end near Main and Whitney is a better option.

The rent price there is between $750-$850 (+ Hydro) depending on the quality of the building. For a 2 bedrooms, Hydro will net you around $50. So lets say a maximum of $900 dollars. Split between two persons, that is only $450 a month. Add in another $50 for internet and cable and it rounded to $500 a month.

In contrast, a West Village 2 bedrooms suit will cost you $715 a month ($645 + $70 utilities).

Parking isn't even included in that price for West Village Suites. For the apartment, it usually cost between $20-30 for an indoor spot.

I had underground parking ($30/mo) when I lived in my highrise near Hess last year.

I won't have that luxury this year... but I do have a driveway to myself
