For summer school i made a payment on 27th of last month. my payment agreement is not yet updated. should i be talk with the finance dept. about it?or will it be updated later?
also i have to pay for last year's residence extra for a penalty. how do i make a payment for that? will it be added to my next year's payment agreement?

To see whether your payment went through or not you have to look atyour student account statement, not the payment agreement. To do that, log into MUGSI, click Student Accounts & Cashiers on the left, then Account Statement on the right. Your loan balance should say 0.00 if you don't owe anything I believe, and if they've received your payment then there should be a negative sign beside the amount you paid. To pay for your penalty, I think you can just do it through online banking... just pay it out to McMaster and check your account statement again... Anyway, that's what I would do! Hope that helps!
