Has anyone taken Philos 1E03 before ? I wanna know how it is, easy/hard, how's the workload etc .

The review thread has a few reviews about difficulty and such which answer your questions. If you have more specific questions or concerns, you can always directly post in the course review.

The workload is low, you only have 4 two-page assignments and 1 four-page essay throughout the course (and then the final exam.) I received a mark between 80 and 85 on every assignment, despite putting a lot of effort into a couple, and doing some at the last minute which I felt were of lower quality. Marks will depend on your TA, but no one in my tutorial group I talked to was getting marked over 90, so even though I don't consider the material too difficult, this isn't a "guaranteed 12" type course.

All that being said, Garrett is an awesome prof and I really enjoyed the lectures and the material.
