It's the total mark for whatever labs Alex marked; he only marks a few total. Labbook 1 has been there for a while, I think it appeared right after reading week and Labbook 2 is whatever he marked since then.

Was that intentional?

EDIT: Oh, has anyone picked up their lab book yet/know when we can? I went today but the whole physics lab area was like a ghost-town!

For my last lab, they had already done the markings and I recall Alex telling us to take our lab books.

What day do you have labs? We had to leave it during the earliest Tuesday labs.

I had my physics lab on Tuesday too!

Anyhow...yeah, we were supposed to leave it until they marked it...and I want to collect it but the professor told me to ask Alex, and Alex was no where to be found...

No one really knows how the labs get marked. I've asked the marking T.A. and he doesn't know how its weighted. Only Alex knows. When I asked Alex he says don't worry its worth next to nothing. Thats a real big help...

I'd say trust the textbook. I didn't really make any notes in Dr. Rheinstadter's class either, and the 'slides' he posts are from the textbook itself. The textbook explains things really well. If you're confused, get the concept clarified! Once it makes sense, you shouldn't be in any trouble!

I hope.
