I never used the book, NEVER, there is nothing there that the prof uses. Not even practice questions. The book practice questions don't relate to the course. Just do the tutorials over and over and over. And his lecture questions. No need for the book.

Go to a random tutorial session and write the diagnostic test. It is not worth anything.. but you get bonus marks. I don't know how much though, some people say it is an extra 1% on your final mark? I don;t know.. maybe someone else here knows?

You get 0.5% for this one, and you do the same quiz again before the exam and get your other 0.5%

What is the quiz on ? I dont even know physics i didnt take grade 12 so why is there a quiz:s this is scaring me already

It is not for marks. It's just bonus marks. You don't lose anything by writing it, it's just a diagnostic quiz so he can see where the class is at. It's free marks - just write it.
