K so yeah, I just took finished BIO 1P03 first term and got the credit. Now, I want to take BIO 1A03 2nd sem, but solar won't let me because it says I do not have the required prerequisites. Now it was entered in grade report at the beginning of the week and I'm sick and tired of waiting because I'll be utterly behind on any avenue stuff. Do I just keep waiting or what? Who do I talk to?

You have to take SCIENCE/ENGINEERING 1A00, and HTH SCI 1BS0 as well, that's why.

They're free and take minutes to complete, but you have to sign up for them on SOLAR as well, to be allowed to enter the course.

You also need to add Science 1A00 and Health Sci 1BS0 before adding Bio 1A03 on SOLAR

BIOLOGY 1P03 and registration in any Level I program in the Faculty of Science or any program above Level I; or registration in Arts & Science I, Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering, or Electrical and Biomedical Engineering

I think you can't take it because you're registered in Commerce. I'm in Bio 1M03 and I'd rather take Bio 1A03 but SOLAR won't let me probably because I'm registered in Social Science right now. I'll probably just take 1A03 during the first term next year though, since I need 1M03 anyways.

The department of science said (before the grade report was out) that it was probably due to a failed course prerequisite and not a program issue.
