How was the Psych 1X03 first quiz?
As topic states...for those who wrote it already, how did you find it?

The practice one on avenue was pretty difficult...I tried to summarize Kim's lectures and also made sure to read the assigned readings chapter 1 from the courseware.

It also seems that I'll be writing this one as a lone fox...I live off campus and it seems that most of the people who live on residence have their own group.

dont worry

I felt the same about the first quiz, its meant to give u a feel for whats to come, and as the weeks pass u'll become accustomed to Dr. Kim's methods of trickery. Also remember that he drops the 2 lowest quizzes.

Mastercool, keep up with what ur doing now, u have the right idea, once u get the feel for things u'll be fine.

Just to add: i did this course as a lone wolf, mainly coz i commute and i did perfectly fine So dont lose hope!

Titles ran out of the textbook and not everyone had a copy so they took out questions in the question bank that referenced the textbook. That made the quiz easy since the web lectures have a search function, so if I wasnt sure about something I would just search the lecture.

Btw Im in the same boat, off campus and solo'd the quiz

It actually wasn't too bad...The pre-test on avenue was difficult though. I got 7/11 or some garbage.

A lot of people are writing the quizzes together though. My T.A. stated that although this is allowed, it wouldn't help you for the final exam...I disagree with this. Every question will be different so if ANYTHING your more prepared for the final exam.

Unfortunately for myself, Psych is a required course and I have to take it...I'm trying to set up a Psych quiz group for future quizzes...if anybody is interested, PM me...

That'd be really good if we could set up a Psychology Quiz group like you stated.
I think it would help us all out a lot! (^_^)
Sounds like a plan.
