You can apply for Honours Life Science and complete the 1XX3 requirement in the summer.

So I can't take it second year?

I don’t think you can wait until second year to take Psych 1XX3. Psych 1XX3 is a requirement for a few of the (mandatory) second year life sciences courses. If you do not take Psych 1XX3 in the summer, you will not be able to register in some of the second year courses, and you will have a hard time completing the requirements for Life Sci Level III (I also do not think they will accept you if you don’t take Psych 1XX3). If you really want to go into Life Sci, I would suggest taking Psych 1XX3 in the summer. Hope that helps!

Take it as a distance/online course at another university. Athabasca has a crap load of equivalent online courses.
