Just fyi, the course code is new this year--It was previously offered as a third year course (Psych 3N03 I think?).

I'm currently registered in it, I've heard it's a pretty good course but it requires lots of memorizing. The course outline is available (probably on this website?), if you want to check it out.

I'm not sure if it is the same as Psych 3N03 (last year's abnormal psych) but it should be similar.

Psych 3N03: Dr. Day basically tests you from his lecture notes (majority) and a few questions from the textbook (minority). I'm sure he mentions that in his outline, too.

The thing to remember with him is that he tests anything and everything from the lecture notes. So, it is wise to study everything (i.e. even the numbers and dates). From the textbook, he tests materials that he doesn't talk about in lecture but that might be pretty much the whole textbook. I didn't focus too much on the textbook, but more on the lecture and ended up with double digits. If you're stumped on the test on the textbook questions, just guess.

For the most part, you should not run out of time on the tests. The biggest help to doing well in any of his courses are his online quizzes. Practice them all the time (especially for the exam since it is cumulative) and you'll end up with an 11-12.

Good luck!
