Rumour is that he used the same test from last year, meaning the text questions would have been drawn from the old textbook that is no longer in use :(

that'd be hilarious. I wonder if he'll just not count those questions and make the test out of less?

It appears that the text questions on midterm 1 were inexplicably drawn from last year's text rather than this year's.

"All these questions will be dropped, and the marks on the midterm calculated on the basis of the remaining lecture questions. "

i knew some whack shit was up with those questions!!

I bet this means that the class average for the first midterm will be really high now! Let's just hope the next midterm isn't considerably more difficult to compensate, haha. This is the best news to come home to after a long day at work.
