Psych 2B03 vs Bio 2A03, Life Sci 2N03
Hello, I'm going into 2nd year, life sci, and I chose psych 2b03-personalities, as one of my courses.
But I'm wondering if I should change it to either the anatomy bio (bio 2a03) or Life sci 2n03 (the new course offered this year).
I have read the reviews on here, but I still can't decided and I don't want to make too hasty decisions, so any suggestions?
Anyone who took psych 2b03, could you please tell me how it was?

I'd say go for what is a prereq for courses you might want to take in 3rd year. For example, are you interested in physio? You might want 2A03 then.

I was also debating which of these three courses to take. I ended up choosing b03, though...since n03 was at the same time as another of my courses. I really wanted to take it, though!

It's physiology, you don't learn much anatomy at all.

It's Integrative Animal Physiology. There's a comparative vertebrate anatomy and physiology course (Bio 3XL3). Also, there's Kin 1Y03/1YY3 (both anatomy and physiology). I don't think there's a specific anatomy course, that I know of anyway.

Hmmm, that's what I thought. I'm considering med school so do you think it'd be advantageous for me to take the kin courses? I actually don't have too much space for 1st year credits but I could change a health course into the first kin course but I don't think I'll be able to do the second, better than nothing right?

I highly recommend it. Regardless of medical school or not, although I'm sure it would be a good background to have, it was my favourite course in first year. The profs are great (especially Parise!) and although the workload isn't exactly easy, it's definitely do-able. Let me know if you have any more questions about the courses. Also, they're really high demand courses, so if you want to register for them, try your best, but even if you can't this year, maybe next year or something .
