i have a couple questions about this. first of all, does this deadline only apply to incoming first years or are the deadlines also the same for others? (i'm going into my 2nd year).

in addition, i remember that last year there were pretty much two steps to the application, one the online form and the 2nd some forms that I and my parents had to send in hard copies of. does the "2011-2012 OSAP application" mean just the online part?

pretty much, should i, as someone going into second year, have any problems retaining the Qe2 if I fill in my osap tomorrow/friday?

Hey guys I applied for this scholarship as well, and wondering when I will get a response on if I qualify because if possible I want to use that money to cut down on some of my cost for first year.

You should see the scholarship on your payment agreement by now.

To the OP, you don't need to apply to renew your QEII. It's automatic provided you meet the requirements.

It still says "pending" on the OSAP column of the agreement...

It'll be under McMaster Scholarships. You can check all your scholarships in the scholarships page on MUGSI.

It doesn't say anything about a QE scholarship even though I checked the box on the OSAP form to be considered..

Oops, it's actually under OSAP and Government Assistance. Should be all the way at the bottom. If it's not there then either you didn't get it or they are still processing it. In my first year mine was issued on August 14th.

My QEII shows up under McMaster Scholarships in my Payment Agreement. You can also go to Mugsi >> My Financial Aid & Scholarships >> OSAP and Government Assistance >> Scroll down to the bottom to "Other Government Assistance Programs.

Oh my... It's August 21st, and there is still nothing under "OTHER GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS"..
