Queen Elizabeth II Aiming for the Top
Is there a special form/application that I have to complete to get this scholarship?
or just checking it on osap is all I need to do

You just check it on OSAP. However the deadline already passed, it was June 25th.

I already did my osap and submitted my forms so I'm good.

Nope, nothing else you have to do. Just wait it out.

If your a top scholar, do you still need to have financial need to be eligible for QEIIA4T full amount?

A4T? What is that?
For the QEII; as long as you are a top scholar, you'll get the minimum at least which is 100$.

How do you know if your being considered for the QeII? I sent in my documents before june 25th and I had a high grade twelve average. When I check OSAP on Mugsi it just shows me how much i'm entitled to.

From what I know, it won't say whether or not you're being considered, but they'll let you know if you got it or not sometime in August (on your online OSAP), and they'll send you a letter in the mail if you got it as well.
