Question about comp sci 1BA3
I have a MacBook Pro and I was wondering if I could use the latest version of Microsoft Office (2011) for this course? I heard it would be difficult to follow along with the professor since some of the functions and commands would be different.... I don't know what to do.... /:

It's not that big of deal. The course doesn't go into excel enough for you not be able to do the exercises with Mac excel. The differences between Mac excel and Windows excel are relevant only for advanced users. There is no problem for an intro course like comp sci 1ba3. I got an A- in the course last year with Mac excel and I didn't have problems with doing the exercises.
