So I signed up for quite a number of clubs during clubsfest and only one of them has emailed me back so far (It was FYC).

Is it because they don't send e-mails till a bit later or is it because they maybe couldn't read my writting or something like that (eventhough my writting is very clear and no one has had a problem understanding it before).

What clubs have you gotten e-mails from?

If you don't get any e-mails throughout the year, then it's probably because they couldn't read your e-mail properly.

Usually clubs have their first general meeting from September to Early October. If you're interested in the club, I would send them an e-mail or if they have a website you can always join through a mailing list form (e.g. http://macamnesty.org/getinvolved.php)

One reason you may have not received the email may be because you used your mac email. Every year when we add people to our mailing list, at least 12 (out of 250) come back as errors because McMaster emails have very little inbox space (just over 10 MB?).

We can't send information ifyour mac email inbox is full. Clear it, or setup your mac email so that it forwards it to another email that has more inbox space.

And if you do forward your e-mails, don't forget to uncheck the "save a copy" so that your McMaster inbox stays empty.
