When i picked my courses I printed the conformation stuff and the page itself but after i exited the window I forgot to click on payment agreement. Does that matter? Can I still click on it after? And does it affect my courses not being processed through?

yes you can confirm your payment agreement later on after you sign up for courses and it won't affect your courses not being processed though
